SUMMARY:Finding Peace
DESCRIPTION:Wars. Economic worries. Politics. Clashing belief systems. Unrest. Violence.  All of this is making it a lot more challenging to be at peace. \nWe have had our final event for 2024. Watch for Finding Peace to resume in 2025!\nWe have enjoyed connecting and sharing the energy of peace with you over the past few months.  We are taking a break during winter months and will resume when the temperatures rise and the evening light returns. \nConnection.  Horses. Supportive Coaching.   \nTake a break from the intensity and the triggers. Let’s gather to raise our vibrations. We believe what we put our energy into expands. If even for a short time\, let’s disconnect from it all and find some peace and joy with the horses!  Even as I write this I feel my body relax. \n \nI know what is like to live with someone continually glued to the news\, to the negativity and fear. Bring you\, bring them. Pause the constant flow of cortisol into your bodies. \nThese past & recent times have brought out a lot of challenges for many of us. From COVID 19\, politics to senseless violence to worries about so many issues.  The divisiveness and separateness is prolific. Family members pitted against each other. Friends dropping friends. Belief systems clashing.  The intensity is immense. Old wounds being brought to the surface to be healed and released. The energetic vibration has been dense and heavy and difficult to hold. How about you? \nWe truly believe that what we focus on expands.  We can choose to jump in the swamp and drown with anger and defensiveness and fear\, and….  Even during these incredible times of change and uncertainty it is possible to find joy\, peace. When was the last time you truly felt at ease?  Truly felt at peace? \nThe great thing for me is I live with 5 incredible 4 legged angels who live in the energy and vibration of  joy – yes\, I mean horses. \nPlease join us at the beautiful Inyo Ranch in Helena to pause or even drop our worries and anger and discord and heaviness at the gate. As you step into the space with the horses and nature your vibration will begin to rise.
