DESCRIPTION:Change.\nDo you embrace it?\nResist it?\nGet through it as quickly as possible?\nMany changes in life cannot be prevented and with many we have no control.  We can\, however\, choose how we move through\, dance with\, show up with change. \n \n  \n  \nMove through change with Clarity. Confidence. Courage.  \nMove through change with Grit and with Grace!\nA day & a half intensive for women serious about taking charge of their own change process! For women who are ready to drop old stories that hold them back in the dirt!\nImagine walking across the bridge\, across a magical creek\, immersing yourself into a unique\, transformative experience that includes the peace of nature\, deep connections\, healing with the horses and the opportunity to take charge of how you move through changes of life!  Below is a poem my mom wrote about the experience at Horse Sense Healing:\nUp an old back road \n          you’d go – \nhorses sniff at your coming \n          and so- \ntheir hearts hear your song \ndrifting thru trees \nand the creek sends your prayer \nin a welcoming breeze. \nWith a nudge from a horse \nyou’ll find a path \nundiscovered before. \nHooves carry your song \nto the smiling door \nof HORSE SENSE HEALING. \n                             BT © 2017 \n \nDear changing women\,\nThis year has been a year of deep change and I am in the process of defining who I am now. Who am I now that I no longer have those nightly check in phone calls with my mom?  Who am I now that I have more freedom to step into my work?  What do I truly want to do with this… Huge. Life. Change. How do I walk the planet without one of my parents? Who am I being asked to become?  What changes are showing up in your life?\nChange. It can really knock us for a loop – off center if you will. Whether it is a change you desire or a change that is not of your choosing; whether it’s a change within or change in season from summer to fall\, a season of life\, a change of times in our world\, a change of career\, family structure\, relationship…. Change can bring us to a place of unbalance\, uncertainty – How will I survive? Cope? How will it all turn out? Can I do this? \n\nChange is a constant factor in our lives.  Some changes are small\, others large and life altering.  Sometimes we have weeks or months to prepare and ease into these changes\, and sometimes they are unexpected\, jarring\, confusing\, and stressful. Yet\, for better or for worse\, change is a fact of life. Whether smooth and easy or abrupt and difficult\, we can take a breath and allow ourselves to decide how we want to be with change.  How we want to feel?  How we want to show up?\n \nHorse Sense Healing is excited to bring you a shortened intensive alternative to our retreat – to stop\, be in the moment and gain more clarity about what’s next in your journey. We will look for the gems and gifts of the journey\, find your sparks of resiliency to support you and experience the support of a small group of women\, positive coaching and the healing horses in a safe\, supportive environment.
