DESCRIPTION:Feeling isolated? Overwhelmed? Concerned? Afraid?  Join this safe space where you can share\, connect and receive support.\nThese are uncertain and challenging times.  Uncertainty and sudden change like most of us have never experienced brings with it fear\, anxiety\, isolation\, reactivity.  I am not sure any one is immune.  I have my moments of fear\, sadness and grief and work at allowing them to flow through me rather than resist or hold onto them. In doing so\, the feelings depart more quickly.\nThe need to distance ourselves from others as well as the feelings we are all experiencing makes it even more important to have connections and support.\nYou are invited to our weekly online video drop in group each Friday in April\, beginning April 3rd from 11:30 – 1p. This will be a safe place to share how you are doing\, connect with others and get support through professional gestalt coaching and a small group.  \nGroup size will be limited to 8-10.   \nEach call is on a donation basis from $5 – $20.
