DESCRIPTION:  \nTired of looking for love in all the wrong places?\n“Choosing to love yourself isn’t an act of selfishness; it’s a declaration of worthiness.” unknown\nLove comes in all forms. All shapes. All sizes. It comes from outside through our connections. Through our family\, friends\, lovers\, our animal families. \nThere is the greater LOVE\, Divine LOVE or Universal LOVE\, however you hold it. It’s the overwhelming feeling that hits me when I truly feel connected to all of creation and feel the sacredness of all of life. Perhaps this is the place where true compassion is born. \nMost importantly\, and for some the most difficult\, LOVE comes from within. For without the ability to love ourselves\, we are not able to truly\, unconditionally love others and all with which we share this beautiful space. \nTired of seeking approval or validation from the outside world? \nOf putting yourself last? \nOf people pleasing? \nOf tolerating poor behavior? \n      \nToo many of us find ourselves doubting our worth – Feeling as if we aren’t lovable unless we are validated by others. Often those “others” aren’t necessarily good for us.  When we feel loving toward ourselves\, we are able to receive love! We believe we are worthy of LOVE. When we love ourselves\, we are able to set healthy boundaries\, practice self-care\, including stepping up with courage upon the path to healing. Join me for this one day workshop to find your worth\, embrace self-compassion.  Claim the love within! \nWe will have time with the horses as weather allows. \nLunch is provided. \nOpen to men & women\, ages 18+.
