Courage.                       Move through change with Grit and with Grace!\nChange. It can really knock us for a loop – off center if you will. Whether it’s a change of season from summer to fall\, season of life\, a change of times in our world\, a change of career\, family structure\, relationship…. Change can bring us to a place of unbalance\, uncertainty – How will I survive? Cope? How will it all turn out?  \nChange is a constant factor in our lives. Some changes are small\, others large and life altering.  Sometimes we have weeks or months to prepare and ease into these changes\, but sometimes they are unexpected\, jarring\, confusing\, and stressful.  Yet for better or for worse\, change is a fact of life.  Whether smooth and easy or abrupt and stressful\, we can take a breath and allow ourselves to decide how we want to be with change.  How we want to feel?  How we want to show up?\n“I feel a renewed energy for creating change in my life. Brenda’s expertise and knowledge has helped me this day to move forward. Experience the support of a small group of women\, positive coaching and the healing horses in a safe\, supportive environment where we will focus on moving through change and transitions with vision and purpose.\nWe will begin on Friday evening at the beautiful Greater Good Ranch where we will begin our connection with the horses and with each other. Dinner will be provided and we will create our sacred circle around a fire.\nSaturday and Sunday we will look at how we are showing up with the changes in our lives.
