DESCRIPTION:As change would have it\, our first group on October 2nd was postponed due to weather!  We will begin this series Monday\, October 9th!  Please join us for one or all 5 sessions at the beautiful Whitefish Equestrian Center!\n5 weeks of connection\, support\, moving through change with more clarity\, vision & resilience!\nChange. It can really knock us for a loop – off center if you will. Whether it’s a change of season from summer to fall\, season of life\, a change of times in our world\, a change of career\, family structure\, relationship…. Change can bring us to a place of unbalance\, uncertainty – How will I survive? Cope? How will it all turn out?\n\nChange is a constant factor in our lives. Some changes are small\, others large and life altering.  Sometimes we have weeks or months to prepare and ease into these changes\, but sometimes they are unexpected\, jarring\, confusing\, and stressful.  Yet for better or for worse\, change is a fact of life.  Whether smooth and easy or abrupt and stressful\, we can take a breath and allow ourselves to decide how we want to be with change.  How we want to feel?  How we want to show up? \n\n  \nHorse Sense Healing is excited to bring you a special opportunity to stop\, rest\, be in the moment and gain more clarity about what’s next. Look for the gems and gifts of the journey. Find your sparks of resiliency to support you.
