DESCRIPTION:It’s time for our annual Hero’s Journey with Horses for youth! This is such an important time of life and we are thrilled to offer this meaningful opportunity. \nThis program offers a pathway for empowerment and self-discovery for youth. This 2 /12 day camp will provide self-esteem boosting\, confidence building experiences. This summer we are offering two camps for youth ages 10-12. \nGirls\, July 21-23 Postponed. \nBoys\, August 11-13\n \n  \nYouth today\, face incredible challenges\, be it disconnections from social interaction via electronic devices\, low self-esteem\, being bullied\, the impact of so much uncertainty in our world and on and on. All of which can create difficult behaviors\, anxiety\, acting out and some tough times for all\, including parents and caregivers. \nDuring these fun and powerful workshops children & youth learn to communicate feelings in healthy ways and gain tools to increase self-esteem and much more. The practice of yoga is to join the breath with a movement or stance (pose). Gestalt is loosely defined as “wholeness” and brings us to the present moment in our bodies. Perhaps this is the place where true compassion is born. \nMost importantly\, and for some the most difficult\, LOVE comes from within. For without the ability to love ourselves\, we are not able to truly\, unconditionally love others and all with which we share this beautiful space. \nTired of seeking approval or validation from the outside world? \nOf putting yourself last? \nOf people pleasing? \nOf tolerating poor behavior? \n      \nToo many of us find ourselves doubting our worth – Feeling as if we aren’t lovable unless we are validated by others. Often those “others” aren’t necessarily good for us.  When we feel loving toward ourselves\, we are able to receive love! We believe we are worthy of LOVE. From COVID 19\, politics to senseless violence to worries about so many issues.  The divisiveness and separateness is prolific. Family members pitted against each other. Friends dropping friends. Belief systems clashing.  The intensity is immense. Old wounds being brought to the surface to be healed and released. The energetic vibration has been dense and heavy and difficult to hold. How about you? \nWe truly believe that what we focus on expands.  We can choose to jump in the swamp and drown with anger and defensiveness and fear\, and….  Even during these incredible times of change and uncertainty it is possible to find joy\, peace. DESCRIPTION:IT’S NOT TOO LATE! WE WILL BEGIN ON WEDNESDAY\, APRIL 19TH. \nBE SURE TO GRAB YOUR SPOT! \nYou might be here because you or someone you know have a pattern of getting involved in unhealthy relationships\, whether they be romantic\, friendships or jobs. \nI spent the majority of my life going from one unhealthy relationship to another. It was as if I had a sign that said\, “pick me if you need someone to take care of you”. “Pick me if you need a fixer or a rescuer.” My picker was broken. Even though I had been to therapy and Codependents Anonymous\, where I learned a lot about the patterns of dysfunction\, I learned a lot about setting boundaries and self care and it was inspiring\, it didn’t stop the patterns of fixing and rescuing. Those patterns and my choices only became more subtle. It wasn’t until I experienced the world of Gestalt and the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method during my training\, that things truly shifted. I found freedom from that old story.  \nIf we didn’t have adults model healthy relationships while growing up or if we are picking our partners\, friends and even work with our unfinished business running in the background\, we most often choose relationships that aren’t healthy\, even toxic. Hence\, the term broken picker.   \n\nDo you find yourself in the same unhealthy relationships over and over?\nHave you ever thought\, “this time I have overcome attracting xyz” only to find it’s the same partner\, friend\, job in a different package?\nDo you feel stuck in your old story of fixing\, rescuing\, pleasing?\n\n \nJoin us to identify and BREAK FREE from the old patterns & stories and FIX YOUR PICKER! \nYou will receive: \n\nUnconditional support through small group connection and sharing.\nTransformational gestalt coaching with and without the horses.\nDeeper awareness of your true self outside of the old stories.\nThe opportunity to shift those old patterns and stories.\nSelf-compassion and more.\n\nTwo options are available for these safe and sacred small groups. It is at these times when our old stories might show up\, the old stories of “I can’t”\, “I am not worthy enough”\, “I’m not smart enough”\, “it’s too hard”\, “I’m sacred to change”\, and on and on.\nWhat about you?  Did you set intentions\, goals or make a declaration that this year I will…? Are you feeling stuck? Unmotivated or don’t know where to begin?\nWhen is good enough\, good enough when it comes to what you want; when it comes to your dreams\, desires\, or to what you “think” you would like to have or experience? During these fun and often profound group experiences personalized messages from your dreams come through.  The world of dreams are fascinating. Some seem very clear in meaning\, some are confusing and some make no sense at all\, while others may be snippets from our days.
