DESCRIPTION: Grit with Grace ~ Women’s Empowerment Day!\nThis month we are are offering a full day workshop for women and girls of all ages – especially fun for Mom’s &\nDaughters\, Aunties & Nieces\, Grandmas and Granddaughters or on your own! \nSaturday\, October 26th we will gather in a sacred circle to learn a self-reliance skill and then explore confidence\, courage\, and what\ngets in our way of being empowered with the horses. We even explore how we can show up in our grace even in\nthe gritty times. \nHave any of the following ever been true for you? \n– You are suddenly faced with decisions and you are not sure how to proceed and feel inadequate or helpless. \n– You need something done and don’t know how to do it or who to call resulting in frustration and feeling a lack of power. \n– Do you have the basic survival skills just in case you have to? \nThings like fixing a leaky faucet or changing a flat tire or how about basic vehicle maintenance?  Have you ever wanted to learn how to use power tools so you can do your own projects?  What about a chainsaw\, have you ever wondered if you could run one safely?  Sure you can! We will focus on power tools and preparing for the upcoming winter months! \nJoin this experiential and powerful workshop with Brenda\, the healing horses and – \n– Engage your strengths! \n– Challenge perceived limitations! \n– Increase self-confidence! \nYou are capable and competent!\nI have had the opportunity to learn some valuable skills along the way in my life and I or a special guest will\nshare some of these important self-reliance skills with you!  \nYou might be wondering what horses have to do with this workshop… \nBrenda and her equine partners will guide you through your own self-discovery and path of inspiration utilizing the transformational Equine Gestalt Coaching Method. \n* No horse experience necessary.  No riding will occur.* \nSpace is limited to 10.
