A Healer?\nA helper or healer is someone who spends their time and energy supporting others\, healing others\, listening to the pain of another\, working on the front lines\, making life and death decisions on behalf of another – including our pets.  They are therapists\, social workers\, case managers\, health care professionals\, treatment providers\, veterinarians\, body workers\, and so much more.\nAssisting others who experience challenging life circumstances is rewarding and important and can be draining.  Your own self care often takes a back seat\, you hear stories of pain and difficulties most every day with no place to put it once you go home. \n Horses are powerful healers in helping us regain resiliency\, reduce stress and ease issues such as secondary traumatic stress. Join this monthly group with supportive horse and human coaches and take care of you!\nWe hope to be able to meet in person for May!\n$25 each online group \n

SUMMARY:A Hero's Journey with Horses for Girls
DESCRIPTION:This program offers a pathway for empowerment and self discovery for tween & young teen girls\, ages 11-13. This 5 week program will provide self-esteem boosting\, confidence building experiences.\nChildren today often face incredible challenges\, be it disconnection from social interaction via electronic devices\, low self esteem\, being bullied or bullying and on and on.  All of which can create difficult behaviors\, acting out and some tough times for all\, including parents and caregivers.\nDuring these fun and powerful workshops children & youth learn to communicate feelings in a healthy way and gain tools to increase self esteem and much more. Really to discover the hero within!\n“I felt like my daughter could explore her emotions in a non-threatening way.
