Spring will soon be here and it will the perfect time to   re-visit what we want to create, do, be, feel and experience this year!

Most of the time those New Year’s resolutions don’t stick unless we have intentionally written them and taken action right away.  Then there is the waning motivation.  Maybe something has changed in your life and that goal or intention no longer fits.  

This time of year reminds me to re-evaluate, refocus, revise or renew the intentions and goals I set during the darkness of winter – to take a look at what’s working and what’s not.
